Decentraland (MANA)
Decentraland (MANA) also caused quite a stir in 2021. The project developed a virtual world and exploded in popularity when Mark Zuckerberg revealed his plans for the Metaverse. Decentraland sells virtual land to its users — and these land plots, in turn, act as NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
And as such, landowners also have all the options one would expect — they can build whatever the Decentraland game world has to offer on their land. These can be hotels, casinos, discotheques, and the like. And just like in the real world, you can ask other players to enter, for example. A gigantic virtual economy is to be set up.
MANA is currently trading at $2.18 after a 3.84% decline. The all-time high is at $5.90, about 59% away. However, according to the latest forecast from Walletinvestor.com, the coin will soon make a move that will bring it close to the previous record prices. According to this price forecast, MANA will rise to $5 within the next 12 months and $15.34 (+542%) by 2027.
