Cardano-Based NFT Startup Partnered with The Sandbox

The founders of the Clay Nation non-fungible token (NFT) project based on the Cardano network have signed a partnership agreement with The Sandbox game.

Thus, the startup made history by becoming the first company to use the Cardano blockchain and integrate its project into the digital metaverse. The company’s representatives assured that this was done to expand the capabilities and compatibility with Web3.

The new Clay Nation developments will be created in collaboration with Singapore-based metaverse architecture and creative agency Smobler Studios. This company is funded by The Sandbox Game and Brinc. The developers said that they would make several announcements regarding integration into the virtual world in the near future.

The Clay Nation project has made significant progress since its launch. The startup developers mentioned that they have already entered into many partnership agreements that allowed the project to develop steadily. In addition, as previously reported, Clay Nation has released a full-length video for the song Bron and Bronny — a collaboration between the famous rapper Snoop Dogg and his son Champ Medici.

The video also features the founder of the Cardano (ADA) blockchain network, Charles Hoskinson. The creators of Clay Nation have included Champ Medici in the Clay Mates team to develop a strategic partnership and increase user reach.

The Sandbox is a virtual metaverse based on the Ethereum blockchain. In the digital world, gamers can create in-game items, own real estate, and monetize their own unique gaming experience with a native SAND token. At the time of writing, the current rate of SAND was $0.685, with a market capitalization of $1 billion.
